Athletics is the foundation of every sport. Athletics gives you the fundamental physical skills and mental toughness to take on challenges you might never have thought possible.
Sprinting and endurance, throwing and jumping – there’s an event for everyone. We’ll find the event for you, and who knows, perhaps we have some future Olympians among us.

Here’s what Athletics training means for us:

Athletics Camps will run in person, during selected school holidays, for primary
and secondary school students. Keep an eye on ‘What’s On’
