Athletics is the foundation of every sport. Athletics gives you the fundamental physical skills and mental toughness to take on challenges you might never have thought possible.
Sprinting and endurance, throwing and jumping – there’s an event for everyone. We’ll find the event for you, and who knows, perhaps we have some future Olympians among us.
Here’s what Athletics training means for us:

The Emotional A social setting where you can train alongside your friends and have some fun while working on your goals
The Transferable Getting fitter and having the right mindset isn’t just for track and field or cross country. In West Cork we all love GAA, Rugby, Basketball, and more. Athletics develops skills which can be transferable to multiple sports. Whatever type of athlete you are - Athletics training is for you!
