You will need a device with a wifi connection as these sessions are live on Zoom. A small corner of any room will be space enough. Please make sure the floor is a non-slip surface. You will need a mat or towel, and some water! Everyday household items may also be used as equipment from time to time.
In each session expect a warm up, full body or focused workout and cool down. No two workouts are the same!
Taking pictures on a weekly basis to showcase your body’s physical changes can be a great motivational tool. If weight loss is your goal, recording your weight weekly is an option, along with taking measurements of your waist, thighs and arms, for example. Some choose to keep a diary documenting how they feel, including improvements in mood, energy, sleep, feeling stronger or more mobile etc.

One full payment is required before taking part. This is a hugely motivating factor – signing up fully means you are committed to taking part and smashing all sessions of the Challenge.
As a registered Challenger you will provide us with your email. Should you miss an online session, the recorded workout (showing only Paula) can be forwarded to you. This video can be played for up to 7 days from when you receive it.
