Virtually or in-person there is a great buzz from training as part of a group. Like-minded people, all eager to get a great workout done and have a good time! We will support one another through every workout. Together we will achieve our goals, and celebrate one another’s success. Our group fitness sessions are for adults of all abilities.

These sessions come as Challenges. Challenges run at regular intervals throughout the year, and run for a set number of weeks. Expect to find lower impact challenges – ideal if you are beginner or intermediate and looking to build your base fitness. We’ll also be offering high intensity challenges for beginners to advanced. Movements in each workout have varied levels – you pick your poison! Check out ‘What’s On’ to sign up for the next challenge!

WHY EXERCISE?

As you read the next sentence, take a moment to consider which benefits of exercise are important to you. Exercise helps you live longer – it lifts your mood and energy levels, reduces anxiety, improves your sleep, keeps your weight at a healthy level, and can improve your fitness across multiple components (strength, endurance, flexibility etc.) Exercise can transform your life!

Our group fitness sessions are for adults of all levels of ability. Workouts fall under two categories: Pick your Poison or Lovely Ladies!
Pick your Poison All movements have two levels – beginner and advanced. You pick your poison! These full body or targeted workouts will bring you on an emotional rollercoaster of love, hate, love.. in that order!
Lovely Ladies workouts are exclusively for ladies who want to train at a lower intensity, with lower impact. These workouts will cover a range of movements to develop flexibility and mobility, cardio and strength.
Be under no illusion, whatever your category, you will train hard and push yourself. We will support one another through every workout, and we will celebrate one another’s success. A fitness community is such a beautiful, powerful thing to be a part of. Become part of it and we will achieve our goals together.
